NCPD: 2 shot at N. Charleston gas station

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The North Charleston Police Department is investigating after two people were shot Sunday morning at a gas station.

North Charleston police responded to reports of two individuals possibly shooting at each other at the Sunoco located at Remount and Rivers Avenue, according to Harve Jacobs, Public Information Officer for North Charleston.

Upon arrival, officers conducted a thorough search of the area and located two people, both shot in the leg, officials say.

There is no additional information on the seriousness of the injuries sustained by the victims.

An investigation is ongoing.
