WHO official: Delta variant on track to become the dominant strain worldwide

As the more dangerous and transmissible Delta variant spreads quickly around the world, dozens of countries have seen rises in caseload and are rethinking public health measures to fight fresh outbreaks. CNN’s Kim Brunhuber reports.
