Overnight lane closures expected for Ashley River Crossing Bridge construction

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Drivers can expect nighttime lane closures this week for Ashley River Crossing Bridge construction.

Mastec-Civil will close US 17 northbound beginning near the intersection of Albermarle Road for approximately .5 miles north and ending near the exit ramp to Lockwood Blvd.

The closures are anticipated between 9 p.m. Thursday and 6 a.m. Friday.

People are asked to use caution while traveling through the work zone.
