Severe thunderstorm watch issued for Georgetown and Williamsburg counties
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A cold front could bring showers and thunderstorms to the area Monday afternoon and evening.
The National Weather Service issued a severe thunderstorm watch for Georgetown and Williamsburg counties until 10 p.m.
“A few thunderstorms could become strong to severe, posing an isolated risk for damaging straight line winds,” said Storm Team 2 Meteorologist Jed Christoph.
