Ridgeville man killed in ATV rollover crash, coroner says

RIDGEVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – Dorchester County’s coroner identified Monday the victim of a deadly ATV crash.

Emergency crews responded to Old Beech Hill Road around 6:17 p.m. Sunday for a rollover crash involving an ATV.

Luke Allyn Bailey, 45, of Ridgeville, was killed when the ATV ran off the roadway and overturned, according to Dorchester County Coroner Paul Brouthers.

Bailey was pronounced dead at the scene.

The South Carolina Highway Patrol and coroner’s office are investigating.
