Deputies arrest man for bringing concealed weapon to Williamsburg Co. School District building

WILLIAMSBURG COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A Williamsburg County School District employee was arrested Wednesday after he brought a concealed weapon to confront someone at a school district building.

28-year-old Alexander Eli Bradley was arrested and charged with breach of peace high and aggravated and disturbing schools, according to the Williamsburg County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies responded to the Williamsburg County School District Administrative building and were informed that Bradley had been seen leaving the school with a concealed weapon in his pocket.

Law enforcement searched and found Bradley on Academy Street in Kingstree, where he was apprehended without incident, the sheriff’s office said.

An investigation revealed Bradley went to the administrative building to confront people “he perceived as threatening,” Investigator Jalisa Brown said.

Bradley was booked at the Williamsburg County Detention Center. An investigation is ongoing.
