1 injured in North Charleston gas station shooting
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Officers in North Charleston are investigating a Wednesday night shooting that left one person wounded.
Shortly before 7 p.m., North Charleston police responded to reports of gunfire at an Exxon gas station on Ashley Phosphate Road, according to Harve Jacobs, spokesperson for the North Charleston Police Department.
Once they arrived, detectives found a male suffering from a gunshot wound. The man was taken to a local hospital for treatment, Jacobs said.
Police have not made an arrest in connection to the shooting. Law enforcement said an investigation is ongoing.
