Enjoy a ‘parade of boats’ in Charleston Harbor

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Hundreds of boats adorned with bright-shining lights will sail through Charleston Harbor on Saturday night.

It’s part of the city’s annual Holiday Parade of Boats.

Lighted and festive boats will travel down the Cooper River, through Charleston Harbor and into the Ashley River. It begins at 6 p.m. with great waterfront views.

Charleston’s beautiful Waterfront Park, Battery, and the public pier off N Adgers Warf will be prime spots for water-side viewing — but arrive early!

Grab a cup of coffee or hot chocolate, the forecast calls for a breezy evening with temperatures in the upper to mid-50s, and feeling even cooler along the water.
