On Sept. 27, deputies were dispatched to a residence in Summerville about a man exposing himself outside a child’s bedroom window, according to an incident report.

The responding deputy spoke with the child’s mother and then the victim. The victim said she saw the man outside her window with no pants and thought it was a prank, but then the man spoke to her and ran off, the report states.

On the same day, a woman called for a similar incident.

The victim said she had friends over for a gathering when she got a Ring doorbell notification.

When she looked, she saw a man exposing himself on the doorbell camera.

Deputies and neighbors searched the area for the male in the video but were not able to find him.

Brooks is believed to be responsible for both instances and others.
