Police respond to cement spill on Highway 17 south

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – Mount Pleasant police are responding to a cement truck that spilled cement on Highway 17 southbound.

The spill occurred near the Ye Old Fashioned restaurant across from the 7 Eleven.

Police said the far right lane is closed while crews work to clean up the spill.
