Moncks Corner police investigating shooting at apartment complex

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities in Moncks Corner are investigating a shooting that left a person injured.

Officers with the Moncks Corner Police Department responded to the Northbridge Apartment Complex around 11:30 a.m. after dispatch received a call reporting multiple shots fired.

A victim was found in an apartment suffering from a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the torso.

That person was taken to a local hospital for treatment.

Police have not made any arrests. The investigation is ongoing.
