3 injured in Saturday night shooting: CPD

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Police are investigating a Saturday night shooting in downtown Charleston.

Officers with the Charleston Police Department (CPD) responded to America and South Streets around 10:40 p.m. 

“It was determined that three individuals had been shot. One individual suffered a graze wound and declined medical assistance. Another was transported by EMS with non-life-threatening injuries, and a third transported themselves to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries,” officials said.

The suspects left the scene. No arrests were made.
