Coroner ID’s woman found dead during Ladson welfare check

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner has identified the woman who was found dead during a welfare check in Ladson.

The Charleston County Coroner, Bobbi Jo O’Neal, has identified Glendi Racancoj Sacor, 29, of Guatemala, as the woman found deceased at the 9919 block of Highway 78 on July 5.

The coroner determined her death was a result of blunt and sharp force injuries.

As previously reported, the authorities located the two missing children who were with the woman. The juveniles were found safe with family in New Jersey.

The Charleton County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
