Lane closed on Chuck Dawley Blvd. due to possible sinkhole

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A portion of Chuck Dawley Boulevard is closed Wednesday due to a possible sinkhole.

Officials with the Mount Pleasant Police Department (MPPD) said the right lane of Chuck Dawley Blvd. heading towards Bowman Road is closed to traffic.

Police urge drivers to use caution while traveling in the area while crews make repairs.
