Obstruction on I-26 near Ashley Phosphate causes delays

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – An “obstruction” on I-26 W is causing traffic buildup on Wednesday morning, according to the South Carolina Department of Transportation.

An unknown amount of lanes are closed near Exit 209.
