Light showers for Saturday following Friday’s downpour

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Stray showers are expected for Saturday following the washout across the Lowcountry Friday evening.

Storm Team 2 says to expect light rain later during the midday hours on Saturday.

“By 3,4,5 o’clock heavier rain expected during your evening hours just before things begin clearing up for your Saturday night into your Sunday morning,” said Meteorologist Grace Lowe.

If you have Saturday plans, Storm Team 2 advises to keep rain gear on hand.
