Authorities responding to shooting in Summerville

SUMMERVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a Wednesday afternoon shooting in Summerville.

Law enforcement tells News 2 that the shooting occurred on North Main Street.

The ramp from I-26 at Exit 199 is closed, according to Summerville dispatch. People are asked to avoid the area of Azalea Square Boulevard and North Main Street.
