CHARLESTON, S.C. — Buoyed by a decisive Ben Stemmet fall at 285 lbs along with a pair of tech falls from Jacob Silka (141 lbs) and Jeff Boyd (149 lbs), The Citadel (9-3, 1-1 SoCon) rolled in the program’s league home opener against rival VMI (6-7, 0-2 SoCon), taking down the Keydets across nine of 10 positions en route to a 35-3 dual victory on Sunday, Jan. 28 at McAlister Field House.
