Bulldogs Gain Ground in SoCon with Impressive Win at Furman

GREENVILLE, S.C. –  The Citadel returned to the win column Thursday with yet another dramatic SoCon road victory, this time at Furman by a 2-nil decision. Suzuka Yosue had a three-point day, connecting with Jimena Risoto for the opening score and handling the scoring duties herself towards the end of the contest to put the game away. The Bulldogs’ two SoCon wins this season have come against the top two teams in the SoCon Preseason Poll, with Samford ranked first and Furman second.
