Ashley River Road closed due to deadly accident

DORCHESTER COUNTY, SC (WCBD) – Dorchester County deputies have shut down Ashley River Road near Middleton Place due to a deadly crash.

Investigators say one car was involved in the accident.

Authorities say the road is closed indefinitely.

Drivers in the area can take Mateeba Gardens Road to Middleton Place Road.
