Lottery tickets worth $250K sold in the Lowcountry

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Check your tickets! Lottery tickets totaling more than $200,000 were recently sold in the Lowcountry.

The South Carolina Education Lottery said someone purchased a Palmetto Cash 5 ticket worth $100,000 at the Gas N Go on Rivers Avenue.

That ticket matched all five numbers drawn on Friday, June 20, to become the state’s 21^st jackpot win.  The winning numbers are 9 – 23 – 25 – 36 – 39.

State lottery officials said a Powerball ticket worth $150,000 was purchased at the Speedway #2855 on N. Main Street in Summerville.

The ticket was for Saturday’s drawing: 3 – 16 – 32 – 52 – 62, and the Powerball is 24.

Players have 180 days from the date of the drawing to claim their prizes.
