Man arrested for April hit-and-run that killed Goose Creek city employee
GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) — Authorities have arrested a 37-year-old man in connection with an April hit-and-run that killed a Goose Creek city employee.
46-year-old Kelly Farmer, who worked as a water distribution operator for the city’s Department of Public Works, was fatally struck April 13 on Dorchester Road while walking near Tabby Lane.
Troopers with the South Carolina Highway Patrol found the involved vehicle about a week later and have now identified the driver as Terrell Darrel Crawford.
Crawford was arrested Thursday and booked into the Dorchester County Detention Center.
