Goose Creek to break ground on new fire station

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – Goose Creek will hold a groundbreaking ceremony Monday on a new fire station.

The fire station will be located in the Carnes Crossroads community.

Goose Creek Mayor Greg Habib, Fire Chief Mike Nixon, and other city officials and construction representatives will be on hand for the event.

The groundbreaking ceremony is expected to begin at 10 a.m.
