1 injured in Friday night shooting on Miles Jamison Road

DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a Friday night shooting on Miles Jamison Road that left a person injured.

Deputies with the Dorchester County Sheriff’s Office responded to multiple reports of a shooting shortly after 11 p.m.

At the scene, deputies found a victim suffering from gunshot wounds. The deputies provided aid to the victim before they were taken to a local hospital for further treatment.
