Crews respond to residential fire in Moncks Corner

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – Crews in Moncks Corner are working to extinguish a structure fire Wednesday evening.

Central Berkeley Fire Assistant Chief Colt Roy said the fire is in the 500 block of Bens Circle.

The fire spread from a garage to a detached RV, according to Roy. Units are expected to be working the scene for an extended period of time.

No injuries were reported from the fire. An investigation into how the fire began is ongoing.
