St. Patrick’s Day event to aid Burned Children’s Fund in South Carolina

GOOSE CREEK, S.C. (WCBD) – The Goose Creek Fire Department and Stones Throw Brewing are hosting a St. Patrick’s Day fundraiser for the Burned Children’s Fund in South Carolina.

Organizers say the day will be filled with entertainment, delicious St. Patrick’s Day specials, a bounce house, and family-friendly fun.

In addition to the event, Stones Throw Brewing is also accepting aluminum can donations to further support the South Carolina Firefighters Burned Children’s Fund.

“The Goose Creek Fire Department is grateful for the opportunity to collaborate with Stones Throw Brewing on this community event,” stated Mike Nixon, Chief of the City of Goose Creek Fire Department. “The funds and aluminum cans raised will directly benefit children in need, and we encourage everyone to come out and show their support.”

The celebration will kick off on Monday, March 17th at 1 p.m. at 101 Button Hall Avenue.
