Charleston police request help identifying suspect in downtown burglary

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Charleston Police need help identifying an individual connected to a downtown burglary.

According to the agency, an unidentified male broke into the leasing office of a Meeting Street apartment complex on the night of March 4 and stole multiple packages.

“Detectives have obtained images of the individual believed to be responsible and are seeking information to assist in identifying him,” CPD said.

Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Charleston Police Department at 843-720-2422 and request the on-duty central detectives.
