1 dead after four-wheeler collision, state trooper say
DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) — A person died Thursday evening after crashing while operating a four-wheeler, state troopers said.
At around 7:48 p.m., the individual was driving a Yamaha four-wheeler on Shady Grove Lane near Providence Lane in Dorchester County.
While traveling east, the four-wheeler struck a culvert and then a tree, Master Trooper Brandon Bolt said.
The four-wheeler driver died as a result of the crash and was the only vehicle involved in the collision.
The Dorchester County Coroner’s Office has not yet identified the deceased.
