10 comedians coming to Charleston in 2025
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – If you resolve to laugh more in the new year, you’re in luck. Many of the country’s top comedians will stop in the Charleston area in 2025.
Comedian and actor Kumail Nanjiani (Silicon Valley, The Big Sick) will kick off a stretch of top talent in Charleston when he brings the laughs to the Charleston Music Hall on January 19.
Patton Oswalt (Ratatouille, The King of Queens) will perform at the theater just days later on January 25, and Dave Attell will host his stand-up show at the music hall on January 26.
Over at the North Charleston Coliseum, comedian, writer, and podcaster Tom Segura will entertain an audience through his “Come Together” tour on February 1.
South Carolina’s own Aziz Ansari (Parks and Recreation) will perform at the Gillard Center on March 1 as part of his “Hypothetical Tour.”
Comedian and actress Tiffany Haddish (Girls Trip) will her “Funny and Fearless” tour to the Charleston Music Hall on March 28. The show is scheduled for 7 p.m.
The Golden Girls are back! Well, sort of. Comedians portraying Rose, Dorothy, Blanche and Sophia will bring their show, ‘Golden Girls: The Laughs Continue,’ to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center for a night of laughs and cheesecake on April 1.
North Carolina native Fortune Feimster (Chelsea Lately, The Mindy Project) will bring her “Takin’ Care of Biscuits” stand-up tour to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on April 5.
Longtime comedian and actor Jim Gaffigan comes to the North Charleston Performing Arts Center on May 3 for his “Everything is Wonderful!” tour. The show is scheduled for 8 p.m.
Matt Rife’s “Stay Golden Tour” comes to the North Charleston Coliseum on June 21. Rife started his standup at age 15 and grew to a much larger audience after showcasing his crowd interactions on social media. This will be his second tour stop in the Lowcountry.
This is a look at some of the comedy tours coming to the Charleston area that have been announced as of January 7. Additional shows are likely.
