Pedestrian reportedly struck on West Coleman Boulevard

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD)- Police are investigating after a pedestrian was reportedly struck Monday afternoon on West Coleman Boulevard.

According to the Mount Pleasant Police Department, the incident happened near Magrath Darby Boulevard around 1:45 p.m.

One person was taken to the taken to a local hospital. Their condition is unknown at this time.

Two southbound lanes on West Coleman Boulevard were closed for nearly two hours. The road reopened around 3:30 p.m.
