2 Dorchester County men accused of distributing child sexual abuse material
DORCHESTER COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – A pair of Dorchester County men are facing charges connected to the sexual exploitation of minors.
Investigators received cyber tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children which led them to 24-year-old Brandon Osmond and 32-year-old Dustin Brodie.
Both men distributed files of child sexual abuse material, according to the South Carolina Attorney General’s Office.
Osmond, of Ladson, was arrested on Nov. 8 and is charged with 20 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor, second-degree. Brodie, of Summerville, was arrested on Nov. 14 and faces three counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
The cases were unrelated.
