Florida man killed outside North Charleston club

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston County Coroner’s Office identified Tuesday and man shot and killed outside a North Charleston club.

Francisco Larios Aviles, 39, from Florida, died early Monday morning from a gunshot wound.

Officers with the North Charleston Police Department responded to Caliente on Remount Road around 1:45 a.m. and found Aviles in front of the club on Dakota Street.

Details about what led to the shooting have not yet been provided and police said no arrests have been made.

An investigation is ongoing.
