Crash closes sections of River Road on Johns Island

JOHNS ISLAND, S.C. (WCBD) – The St. John’s Fire District announced sections of River Road are closed after a vehicle collision.

River Road is closed between Murraywood and Brownswood Roads. Officials say a two-hour anticipated wait time is expected for the tow truck to arrive and clear the accident.

St. Johns Fire District asks drivers to seek alternative routes.
