Georgetown man wanted in Sunday Plantersville store shooting

PLANTERSVILLE, S.C. (WCBD) – The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office is actively searching for a 20-year-old man in connection with a shooting that occurred Sunday afternoon at the Plantersville Store.

The suspect, identified as Daemon Hykem Sanders, resides on Lot Drive in Georgetown. He is described as 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 180 pounds.

Authorities warn that Sanders is considered armed and dangerous, posing a potential threat to the community.
