Lanes reopen after multi-car collision on Hwy 17N

MOUNT PLEASANT, S.C. (WCBD) – A multi-car collision prompted the closure of all lanes at the northbound Mount Pleasant intersection of Hwy 17.

All lanes have since reopened.

Officers say a four-car collision happened at the intersection of Anna Knapp Blvd.

Mount Pleasant Police reported the collision on social media around 9:12 a.m.

One person was taken to a local hospital and authorities diverted traffic from Hwy 17 northbound to Johnnie Dodds.
