Tanger Outlet invites shoppers to Back-to-School Bash

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Tanger Outlets Charleston invites shoppers to kick off back-to-school season for a fun-filled bash at the Outlet.

Tanger Outlet scheduled its back-to-school bash for Friday, August 2 which coincides with South Carolina’s Tax-Free holiday.

While guests are shopping they can enjoy games, giveaways and more at the bash for free.

Students who purchase backpacks from any retailer on August 2 will have an opportunity to personalize their backpacks with patches.

Guests can also get involved with the back-to-school spirit by donating new school supplies, school clothes and shoes in partnership with Compass Collegiate Academy. These donations will help local students in need to prepare for a successful school year, Tanger Outlet added.

Guests who make donations will be entered for a chance to win great prizes from Tanger Outlet Charleston’s participating retailers.

The Back-to-School Bash is scheduled from 5 – 7 p.m. at the Courtyard by Tommy Hilfiger at 4840 Tanger Outlet Blvd in North Charleston.
