Storm brewing near Savannah might bring showers on Saturday
CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Storm Team 2 is tracking a storm development near Georgia that could bring a few showers to the Lowcountry on Saturday.
Storm Team 2 says the storm is not a named storm and does not have the risk of tropical development as of Saturday morning.

“Overall, we’re going to continue to watch that risk,” says Meteorologist Grace Lowe.
Showers are moving into the Savannah area and mainly to the south of the Lowcountry, but a few showers could reach the Lowcountry.
“We’re going to get very warm today with some periods of sunshine with showers and storms on the way,” Lowe added.
