Remodeled Walmart set to re-open in Moncks Corner

MONCKS CORNER, S.C. (WCBD) – Moncks Corner’s newly remodeled Walmart is celebrating its renovation with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday.

Officials say the Walmart Supercenter will reopen with customer-centric features and innovative store transformations.

“From delivery to pickup, to in-store shopping; the Moncks Corner store remodel solidifies Walmart’s commitment to providing customers with an effortless, high-quality shopping experience,” says Walmart officials.

Moncks Corner residents are welcome to attend the ribbon cutting and the community event, beginning at 9 a.m. at 511 N Highway 52.

Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in giveaways from select vendors that will be on-site.

Officials say representatives from Feed Berkeley, Jean’s Angels, Heal Without Scars, and Moncks Corner Fire and Police will also be in attendance.
