Bright sunny skies for Mother’s Day

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The weather forecast for Sunday is indicating clear skies, making it perfect for celebrating Mother’s Day!

Storm Team 2 says temperatures will be a few degrees warmer than yesterday heading into the low 80s in the afternoon.

“We’re going to continue to stay dry today, really not going to be dealing with that risk of rain up until the middle of your work week,” says Meteorologists Grace Lowe.

Storm Team 2 says Sunday is a typical spring-like day in the Lowcountry, but on Tuesday and Wednesday, there’s an increased risk for showers and storms.
