Police make arrest in deadly Domino Lounge shooting
NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A 40-year-old man has been arrested following a deadly Sunday morning shooting at a North Charleston lounge.
Patrol officers with the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) arrested Esau Davis on Monday night in connection with a shooting at the Domino Lounge on Dorchester Road.
Officers initially responded to the lounge around 2:00 a.m. and found a man outside the club suffering from a gunshot wound. The man, later identified as 46-year-old Jermel Brown, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Officials say Davis is being held at the Al Cannon Detention Center on three charges including murder, possession of a weapon during a violent crime, and possession of a handgun by a person prohibited.
