1 injured in shooting on Allwood Avenue: NCPD

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are investigating a Sunday evening shooting in the Forest Hills community.

Officers with the North Charleston Police Department (NCPD) responded at a shots fired call on Allwood Avenue around 6:20 p.m.

Law enforcement found male who had been shot when they arrived on scene.

The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
