GREENVILLE, S.C. ­– The Citadel basketball team withstood a 50% 3-point performance by Furman in the first half, cutting the deficit to just three, 48-45, early in the second but the Paladins shot 57.1% from the floor in the second 20 minutes to win 82-68 on Wednesday night.
