Fatal crash closes section of King Street

CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – The Charleston Police Department is responding to a deadly crash Tuesday in Downtown Charleston.

The collision prompted King Street to be shut between Poplar and Cypress Streets.

Police confirmed the crash to be fatal.
