1 hurt in crash involving Georgetown Co. school bus

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) – At least one person is injured following a crash involving a school bus in Georgetown County.

The crash occurred along US-521 near Reddick Road, according to the Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office.

Officials say the driver of a van struck the bus from behind.

That driver is reportedly injured and traffic is blocked.

As of now, it is unclear if any passengers on the bus were hurt if any were aboard during the crash.
