Sharnas and Fortin Named SoCon Cross Country Runners of the Week

SPARTANBURG, S.C. – The Citadel swept the Southern Conference cross country runner of the week honors as Sam Sharnas won the award on the men’s side and Heidi Fortin won the award on the women’s side.
